Searching Real Estate Parcels

Searching by Address

• Entering the Number and Street Name will return a specific parcel.
• Entering only the Street Name will return a list of all parcels located on that street.
• It is not necessary to include the street type designation (ie St, Rd, Ln etc.).

For example: a search for 311 S Pollard will bring up the Town of Vinton Administration Building, whereas a search for S Pollard will bring up all the parcels on S Pollard St.

Searching by Owner Name

• Entering the Last Name of the primary owner (1st listed on your bill) will bring up all parcels with that Owner Name.
• Last Name followed by First Name will narrow the list.

Searching by Parcel ID

• You must enter the entire Parcel ID or Map Number without any punctuation.
• For Example: a search for Parcel 060.15-07-45.00-0000 should be entered as 060150745000000.
